Our all suite dream home is available for short term rental and is located in the quiet Yacht Club area of Cape Coral on a large tropical lot, overlooking the 200 foot wide Dolphin canal with views to the Caloosahatchee river. Built in 2006 this 4500 square foot villa provides every luxury and has been finished to the highest standards. South exposure guarantees lots of sunshine. While the home is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is also just minutes from the Yacht Club beach and just a short drive from Cape Coral Pkwy, the main thoroughfare in the city, which leads through downtown with all its shops, and eventually to the bridge across the river to Fort Myers. Watch the spectacular sunsets, dolphins and rays while relaxing on our boat dock right over the water. This will be a vacation you will never forget. Villa website available on request.

It has an electric heated pool with a large lanai and poolside area and a garden path leading to a 1000 sq. foot dock over the water with beautiful views and sunsets. There is a full outdoor kitchen (Sink, fridge, BBQ & worktop and an outdoor bar so you can serve drinks at your own waterside cabana. A 23foot Wellcraft Fisherman or 21 foot Hurricane Deck boat are available for rent at an additional charge of $900 per week. This boats are great for fishing and for boating to the nearby beaches of Sanibel and Captiva.

I wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had at your home in Cape Coral. Your home has an exceedingly comfortable feel about it and everyone is right at home immediately. The decor is charming and I got the feeling you had done some redecorating during your visit earlier this winter. The pool and dock 'are worth the price of admission'. What beautiful areas and unbelievably quiet. We spend many a late afternoon enjoying a glass of wine and the setting sun from there.

A waterfront paradise

We returned home from our holiday to your beautiful villa and just wanted to say how much we loved the house/location/furnishings and to thank you. There was not a thing we could fault and the house was spotless and left us wanting for nothing. We made full use of the fishing rods having caught 3 sharks as well as many other fish. All three daughters are now well and truly hooked - no pun intended!
