Luxury 2 bedroom villa by the sea with private pool, near water park! 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 singles), 2 toilets (1 with bath/shower), sleeps 5 Situated in a small residential complex of four houses, positioned just 10 minutes drive from the main holiday resort of Ayia Napa. Fully air conditioning in every room. It has a private swimming pool, 9 meters long by 4.5 meter wide, which half is shallow for children and half is at approx 6 feet deep. The pool is serviced and maintained weekly. There is a shower outside by the pool. The famous Water Park which is one of the biggest water parks in the world, with many attractions is only 2min drive away, and within walking distance. The garden is fully equipped with everything u would need to enjoy your holiday, e.g. sun bed, umbrellas, tables, chairs, etc! The kitchen has dining table with 6 chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster, etc. Living more, 3 piece sweat, table, TV, etc, bedrooms and w/c and bathroom fully equipped. everythin

Within a 2minute drive, there is a small beach, Ayia Thegla which has shallow water for swimming and a small island you can walk to through the water, it also has a little church carved under the rocks years ago! Ayia Thegla has full beach facilities. Within a 5minutes drive, you will find one of the best sandy beached in Cyprus, called Maccronissos with crystal clear water, Also the well know Nissi Beach. Also one of the worlds biggest water park is situated only 2mins away! There is also a super market about 200 yards away! you will enjoy your time there! as there is so much to do!:D
