This charming Andalusia apartment built in the tradition style, with a south facing terrace enjoying the all day sun. Two bedrooms one twin and one double, bathroom and fitted kitchen. Linen and towels are provided. Spacious lounge tastefully furnished. Air con. Sky package TV, DVD and CD player. In the tropically planted grounds can be found two pools with showers. Being only 5 minutes walk from the beach and bars make it an ideal location for non drivers. Torrenueva is 30min from the airport and only 10min walk from La Calla de Mijas with its Saturday market fine restaurants, banks, bars and beaches. Gibraltar is less than an hour drive away with its historic town and duty free shops. Tivoli World amusement park in Benalmadena is a must for the children, Aqua Park are in Fuengerola and Torremolinos. Marbella with its elegant shops, restaurants and close by Puerto Banus for the night life.

Within two min. walk of the apartment is supermarket five restaurants, bar with tennis court . A fine beach is only four min. walk with its own bars restaurants and children’s play area. La Calla our local Spanish village situated 10 min walk away has Beach banks supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, local market Sat and Wed. Within 20 min drive West is the stylish Marbella and Puerto Banus with its fantastic night life and superb harbour. 15 min. East Fuengirola has lots of English bars restaurants and night clubs For more English night out A car is not necessary because the apartments location and is only 30 min drive from the airport with taxi fare of around 40 euro.

We stayed at this apartment for 8 nights in September 09 and found it very clean and visitor friendly, it is very close to a range of restuarants and bars and only a few minutes walk to an excellent beach with a number of restaurants available. It is also within walking distance to La Cala offering a wider choice of places to enjoy a meal or drink which also has a market on a Wed. and Sat. We found Duncan very helpful and would recommend this property to any family that are looking for a relaxing break with facilities available if needed

We stayed at this very well appointed apartment in January and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is clean, comfortable and very well maintained. My husband is a good cook and found the kitchen well equipped where he produced some excellent meals! The apartment is in a very good location and in easy walking distance to La Calla and the bus route inexpensive and en-route to Mar bella and Fuengarola. A very good place to stay and highly recommened. We hope to return again this summer.

My husband and I stayed in this appartment last September, and we had a fantastic time. The appartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious and it had very good ammenities.
The kitchen was fully equipped, although we ate out for most of our stay.
We found the location excellent; a few minutes walk from the beach and to local restaurants. It was also near enough to visit neighbouring places, ie Fuengirola & Marbella.
We hope to have another stay here very soon, this time with friends.
