In a quiet street lined with houses and gardens, this little house, renovated in 2003, is situated in a 2000m2 garden in a late 19th century villa and provides a haven of peace and greenery within a town. Decorated with care, chalet style, wood stove, ideally situated, dream location for a holiday with family or friends, summer or winter. The closest ski resort of Le Semnoz is half an hour away in the car. The lake is ten min on foot. Part of the garden is reserved for the tenants who can relax outdoors while the children run and play.

Easy access to the main tourist attractions. Ski resort Le Semnoz 20km (12 miles) away and La Clusaz 30 km (18 miles) away, Chamonix and Geneva 1 hour away, 800m to the beach on Annecy lake, 1km (0.6 miles) to the old town etc. One of the main advantages of this location is that most things are accessible on foot: shops, lakeside walks, old town, cultural activities, sports...Parking within the gardens for cars, bike and motorcycles allows you to spend a peaceful holiday.
