Charming little house on an estate
This house is located in the garden (2000m2) of an old villa (end of 19 th ). The furniture gives it an alpine atmosphere. The street is quite, the access to the main touristic locations is easy : 800 meters from the beach, 1 km from the old town of Annecy, skis stations at 20 km (Le Semnoz) or 30 km (La Clusaz an Le Grand Bornand), one hour from Chamonix and Geneva (center).
