15 min from highway and 20 min from Nice Airport, renovated, furnished apartment on the ground floor of a villa, independent entrance located between sea and mountain. Big living room-open plan kitchen, air-condition with reverse cycle operated by remote control and picture windows with electric roller shutters. View of garden and swimming pool. Second shower room available-Garden of 1.300m2. Enjoy Indian summer and relax by the 12mx5m tiled pool, with stone staircase, secure and heated at 24° minimum from the second week of April until mid-November. South facing. Peaceful. 2,5km from down town and all amenities. 2km and 10km from supermarkets. -35km from Col du Turini, 15 km from Nice and 20km from Monaco. Cleaning at the end of the stay available. Out of promotion, mid-November to March: tapering charges: rent for a week, pay 20 percent less for the second. Monthly rentals possible, mid-November to March: 1500 per month, reduced according to the length of the stay.

Everything nearby, Nice and its old city, its carnival, the famous col du Turini and the Peira Cava station from where passes the Monte Carlo Rally. The Vesubie and Tinee gorges with the stations of Valberg, Auron, La Colmiane...The big Ventimille market in Italy, Menton and its lemon festival. The principality of Monaco, the small ports of St Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Beaulieu and Ville-Franche. Eze, perched medieval village overlooking the big blue. The seaside paths, one that goes round Pointe de Ste Hospiceand, the other round Cap d'Antibes for unforgettable hiking in which,you can admire the magnificent villas. Juan les Pins beach, Cannes, its festival and Croisette. You should not forget the Loup and St Paul de Vence gorges, Vallauris and its pottery, Biot and its glass making, Grasse and its perfumes: a whole universe of hiking paths and discoveries.
