Original, tastefully and simply equipped house with an open outlook. Peaceful place, in 10 acres of savage scrubland with pines, junipers and live oaks. Unique views on the whole Alpilles range of mountains. Wonderful infinity pool (20 X 40 feet, optional heating) with outdoor shower in the pines. Barbecue and outdoor teak furniture. 10 minutes from the beautiful village of Eygalieres. 15 minutes to St Remy. 30 minutes to Avignon. 1 hour from the seaside: calanques in Marseille and Cassis, Camargue with beaches in Boduc and the Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. Close to St Remy de Provence(15mn by car), to Les Baux de Provence, at 30mn to Avignon, 40 mn to Arles and Camargues Then on the other side at 3040mn to the Luberon and all the charming villages of Lourmarin, Menenerbes, Oppedes, Gordes, Roussillon...40mn to Aix, 1h to Marseille and the famous Calanques(magnificent coast between Marseilles and Cassis). To reach the property by car it is at 15 mn from the exit Cavaillon on the motorway A7, by train it is at 40mn from the TGV Station in Avignon and by plane it is at 40mn from Marignanes, the international airport of Marseille.

A damage deposit (cheque of 1000 eur or cash) is asked at the arrival. Bed linen and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included. cleaning during the stay can be arranged at a cost of 12eurh. Possibility to heat the swimming pool 100 to 200 eur week depending on the outdoor temperature.

  • each one has 2 wash basins and a large and good shower and plenty of space for the belongings. One of the bathroom has its own little terrace and view on the garrigue.

  • including - 2 Double Beds, 4 Single Beds
  • The main bedroom has a 160x200cm bed and face the swimming pool on one side and the garrigueon the other side. The 2nd has a 140x190 bed and also face the swimmingpool, the bed being on a mezzanine with a window facing the garrigue. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds 90x190 with a steep and narrow staircase leading to the upper floor with the beds and has 2 windows facing the garrigue. the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds 90x190 and is on a mezzanine above the lounge and can be shut by a thick provencal curtain and has also a window facing the garrigue. Every bedroom have a good space to hang and dispose the clothe except the last one who has only a large chest of drawers.
