A large Basque villa with character built in half an acre of wooded parkland, BY THE SEA, on the water's edge. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a living room with a fireplace which opens onto a sea front terrace, a small lounge with a bar area and a beautiful, equipped kitchen as well as 2 single bedrooms. On the first floor there are two large double rooms with balconies overlooking the sea, bathrooms and separate WC. There is another large double which overlooks the park and has an en suite shower room. There is also a bedroom with 3 single beds which opens onto a large terrace and a view of the park and a separate WC. The outstanding location of this villa is great for family get-together as well as shooting films!
