New, charming Provencal villa with large rooms (100m2 lounge and dining room). 4 bedrooms and an office. Very bright, top of the range, in very peaceful and green surroundings. The villa faces south-west and boasts a clear view of the mountains and the sea. It sits on 2000m2 of flat land planted with olive trees. There is a magnificent pool (11x6m) which is treated with salt not chlorine, and a 50m2 pool house with outdoor eating facilities (bread/pizza oven and barbecue). There is also a 40m2 terrace with wrought iron garden furniture (deckchairs, tables etc.) and outdoor games for both children and adults. You are just over half a mile from the shops and the medieval village, near the sea, river and mountains. Walking paths lead from the village. Sleeps 6 to 8 people. Linen hire and cleaning service available. Contact the owner for details on cleaning costs.
