An elegant stone farmhouse, in the heart of Valle Umbra, Villa Rosy sits amidst a nine hectare olive grove in the gentle hills of Mount Subasio. Only 3 Km from Assisi, the estate has a beautiful location with splendid views over the valley, where visitors can see Perugia and Montefalco off in the distance.
The guests share a swimming pool (10 x 5 m), set in panoramic surrounding. Villa Rosy is the ideal place for a restful holiday, all the while centrally located allowing our guests to explore Umbria's interesting art towns at their leisure.

Ground floor: a roomy kitchen, an arched living and dining room with a large fireplace, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; an iron spiral staircase leads to the first floor: a double bedroom, a luxury fitted bathroom with bath and separate shower, one twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower; second floor: lounge room with sofas, fireplace, satellite Tv, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower. All windows have mosquito screens.
