Close to the parking of Bab Marrakech (50 m), in an alley of the Essaouira medina easily accessible and bright, 6 all mod cons guest rooms with bathrooms are waiting for you to spend happy holidays in a three-storey riad of 100m², entirely refurbished with taste and passion in 2009 by a French couple who has lived in Essaouira for several years, specialized in this kind of services and used to meet the needs of European clients looking for traditions, comfort and change of scenery.  Traditional and hearty breakfasts are included. Possibility to have Moroccan dishes in your house (different tagins, couscous, pastillas, grilled meat, etc.). Possibility to rent the riad only for yourself (maxi 12 people). 24H presence of discrete, attentive, available and professional staff for housekeeping, preparation of breakfast and lunch, and able to answer all of your needs.   • Each of the 6 bathrooms has spacious shower designed and made with concrete and covered with tadelakt in hot colours, a counter made with traditional zellige with hand basin either on copper or brass, or white earthenware, a mirror and European WC. The wall finishing is entirely made with tadelakt and the ceilings are painted in white. Mosaic floors (bejmat). Lighting and electric socket for electric shaver or hair dryer. Quality towels changed every day. All this on a surface varying from 5 to 8m².

  • Two bedrooms equipped with extra large double beds, 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds of 140 X 190 and 1 bedroom with 2 simple beds. All bed linen is new and of top quality. Each of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom (shower, washbasin and European WC) and its own wardrobe. The walls of the bedrooms are covered either with tadelakt, or with paintings. Mosaic floors. The bedrooms surface, except for the bathrooms, varies between 15 and 20m².

Notes: The ground floor is dedicated to the living rooms. There is a brown and beige living room, with a wooden carved bench and seats covered with imitation suede cloth, a room with library, TV with French channels and CDMP3. One area is for internet use with laptop and ADSL connection. The riad's patio has square zellige tables (for breakfasts or lunches indoors), armchairs and many local plants. Finally, the kitchen (area reserved to the house staff) is entirely equipped to provide you a service of meals or drinks at every hour (Nespresso coffee maker and mini bar). Each floor gives you access to three bedrooms by a passageway overlooking the central patio. You can find plants and living area. The last floor of the riad has a welcoming sunny terrace, with plants and equipped with deckchairs, tables and chairs for breakfasts and lunches under the shadow of a pergola. WiFi access.
