Gite in a fir tree forest (spruce) 15 minutes away from La Pesse (39). Altitude of 900m, Haut Jura Regional Park. Quiet chalet 1km away from the village in a big field shared with the owner's chalet behind and below, completely individual and independent, a natural high fence separates the whole complex (assured tranquillity), approximately 35m2 and 1 mezzanine. One bedroom with double bed, one sofa for two people and one enclosed mezzanine accessible by the inside through a ladder, for 2 children, cabin bed for 1 person, heating system: radiant electric convector controlled by a room thermostat and wooden stove. One wooden chest provided, the extra chest is sold. Down payment required to be paid within 48 hours, with surnames, names and addresses of all the people as well as the children's age. When we receive it, we will send you the contract that has to be returned to us in 5 days. If it is not the case, the booking is cancelled.

The region has numerous lakes, crests, waterfalls, hiking paths. The Haut Jura is the right place to practice cross-country skiing and snowshoes beginning from the chalet or the slopes that are 2km away. Alpine skiing from the "La Pesse" family resort 15 minutes away, or more important resort of Moussières 25 minutes away, and finally important resorts from Lamoura Les Rousses 45 minutes away or Lelex La Faucille 45 minutes away or Alps approximately 1h away. Ice-skating on the Genin Lake 5 minutes away.

At the gite: arrival at 3 p.m, departure at 10 a.m. At a guest room: arrival after 4 p.m and departure at 10 a.m. During your stay only the people mentioned in the contract can stay no tents or camping cars, in the field or nearby. Out of respect, no loud noises and if you receive guests, their car must stay outside the property. In case of late departure think about the calmness of the surrounding area. Parents keep an eye on your children, the planted lot is excellent for games but susceptible to accidents, do not leave them alone out of your watch, we will not be responsible. Strictly family chalet (couple with children or parents, grandfathers) house sharing not possible during the holidays.

  • Rental rates are for two adults, two children. 50 to 70 Euros per additional person. A 150 Euros deposit is required at booking, but the fact that you send the deposit is not enough to assure the final booking, only a complete contract sent to us in 5 days assures the rental. Balance is to be paid by cheque 8 days before the beginning of your stay, or in cash at your arrival. For late bookings you have to pay the total amount in cash. A 250 Euros security deposit is required. A certificate of holiday insurance is required. The electric meter works with coins of 2 Euros giving you the right to a credit of 17 KW. 51kw are provided in summer and 102kw in winter from November to April (the meter will be loaded with 6 Euros giving you the right to 51kw 12 Euros in winter giving you the right to 102kw). A wood chest is offered in winter. This represents one fourth of a stere. Extra wood is sold at15 Euros per chest.

Notes: In a guest room, the sheets are provided and the taxes included. In a guest gite, the sheets are not provided, utilities in addition but kitchenware (oven, dishwasher, crockery) provided. Half-board with lunch and prepared meals upon request. Floor cleaning is included but not the cleaning of kitchenware, crockery, shower, hand basin, ovens, and refrigerator. They have to be cleaned and the crockery has to be stored away. This does not concern the rental in a guest room.
