Villa 4 persons plus a baby bed, with private pool 6 x12 in June and September.Shared pool in July and August.In country,garden, terrace,Barbecue. Garrage. Indépendant kitchen .
Baker and grocer 1 km in Aigremont(historic village)situated in the foothills of the Cevennes montains.The house enjoys views over the country. It is well placed for the sea:45 kms from : Aigues-Mortes, Port-Camargue Le Grau du Roi, Carnon, Les Saintes Maries de la mer,with many boutics and restaurants .Charming historic towns around, such as Nimes, Arles, Montpellier, Avignon, Uzes, Anduze, Sommières, Sauve, Quissac. Lédignan(4 kms)all facilities.There are a lots of local restaurants. Hypermarket 25 kms in Nimes and Ales.The best beaches are to bee found in the Camargue, Mediterrannée about 40 mn drive away.Local recreations:
Golf club in Nimes 25 kms and wonderfull nearby canoeing at Collias which takes you throught the gorges under THE PONT DU GARD, aswell as tennis,cycling and walking.The region has the highest concentration of vineyards in the world with several hightly rated vignerons nearby. Régional market by day and night.
In the villa :Independant kitchen with electricoven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, diswhasher, TV.Two bedrooms.Smoking allowed.One pets allowed.In the garden : traditionnal stone barbecue,stone pool 6x12 shared in July and August with 2.outdoor furniture is provided. Central heating will be charged at cost at the end of the holidays.
