Very quiet and warm apartment, pleasant to live in, very nicely decorated with automatic air conditioning. Views over the sea and the Théoule mountains. Shared large garden and automatically gated fenced car park. Very large swimming pool in the condominium, in the middle of a green environment, free access to the pool, all you have to ask for is a pass.
