Nice single-storey villa in the Var with a private swimming pool on a 17 are land with olive-trees. Situated in a very quiet spot even in July and August, the villa has no house opposite nor too close neighbours (ideal for people seeking calm and privacy). It is located in the heart of the Provence at less than 3 km from the beautiful medieval village of Flayosc and its shops, restaurants etc and only 6 km from Draguignan that offers all the facilities of a big town (cinemas, museum, supermarkets, daily market etc.). The south-orientated swimming pool of 8 meter by 4 m is reserved to the guests' private use. The terrace partially roofed enables you to enjoy the garden in any circumstances. The shower-cabin and the extra wash-basin are in one of the three rooms. The estate has a garage but you can park more cars inside the property. At about 30 km from the sea (Sainte Maxime). At one hour drive from St Raphaël, Cannes, Fréjus, St Tropez, etc. and the Verdon Canyon.
