This property is perfectly situated for exploring traditional Tuscany being only a 40 minute drive from Florence, 13km from Arezzo and less than 1 hour from Siena! For days spent relaxing at home there is a restaurant less than a 5 minute walk away and the local village with its various shops and Monday morning market is less than 10 minutes by foot. A wonderful balance of peace and convenience . In terms of airports Pisa is 1 hr 40 min; Bologna 1 hr 45 min (care Forli is longer!) ; Florence 40 min

Beautifully recently restructured detached villa, located at Setteponti, 15 km from Arezzo, 40 km from Florence & 45 km from Siena – perfect for exploring the Chianti region of Tuscany. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property is tastefully furnished, light & airy & overlooks its own private garden, and large eating terrace. There are beamed ceilings throughout and most rooms are double aspect and bright. The swimming pool of 12M x 6M is shared with other properties & is located within 200 metres of the property. It is a short and beautiful peaceful country walk down to the pool, and gives this property the advantage of a great deal of privacy even though the pool is shared with 2 other holiday homes. For days when a swim is not on the agenda, there is a private whirlpool Jacuzzi tub in the garden which is great for cooling off, or relaxing with a book! Within a 5 minute walk of local restaurant and 10 minutes to local village with a small selection of shops & a Monday morning market
