This property is perfectly situated for exploring traditional Tuscany being only a 40 minute drive from Florence, 13km from Arezzo and less than 1 hour from Siena! For days spent relaxing at home there is a restaurant less than a 5 minute walk away and the local village with its various shops and Monday morning market is less than 10 minutes by foot. A wonderful balance of peace and convenience . In terms of airports Pisa is 1 hr 40 min; Bologna 1 hr 45 min (care Forli is longer!) ; Florence 40 min

Casolare is a spacious semi detached traditional stone cottage recently renovated to provide expansive holiday accommodation. Approached from a gravelled courtyard (shared with other properties) with ample parking the front door leads to: Large entrance hall/living area with fireplace and old wood oven. This area leads through to another spacious room which serves as a sitting/dining room. CD player, TV and DVD Also from the entrance area is an ample kitchen complete with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher fridge/freezer and a large table seating up to 12. Upstairs there are 4 spacious bedrooms -2 doubles;1 double with further large single bed; 1 twin There are 2 bathrooms – one with bath tub & hand held shower & 1 with shower. Laundry room Outside: The living/dining room leads out to a personal eating terrace with wonderful views of the hills and Olive groves to the left. Across the courtyard is a shared swimming pool of 12M x6M set in beautiful uninterrupted countryside
