This property is perfectly situated for exploring traditional Tuscany being only a 40 minute drive from Florence, 13km from Arezzo and less than 1 hour from Siena! For days spent relaxing at home there is a restaurant less than a 5 minute walk away and the local village with its various shops and Monday morning market is less than 10 minutes by foot. A wonderful balance of peace and convenience . In terms of airports Pisa is 1 hr 40 min; Bologna 1 hr 45 min (care Forli is longer!) ; Florence 40 min

This attractive light & airy, detached hayloft with shared pool is situated in a panoramic position overlooking the Arno valley which hillsides are covered with olive groves and vineyards. The hayloft is a welcoming, bright & surprisingly spacious 2 storey property with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Accommodation is arranged as follows: Ground floor- Living/dining room with part wooden ceilings, sofa bed, & fireplace. TV/DVD & CD player. A very spacious light & airy room with lots of windows, leading to small kitchen with oven, hob fridge/freezer & microwave. The living area also leads out to private covered outdoor eating area with wonderful views of the countryside aand of the swimming pool area. Twin bedroom, Shower room First floor - Hallway leads through to double bedroom with wonderful arched window and beamed ceilings and to second shower room. Outside: Private covered eating area Parking Shared pool 12M x 6M , gardens and beautiful views
