The recently restored house, immersed in the vegetation and silence of the Tuscan countryside and surrounded by two hectares of olive groves and oak and chestnut woods, is lived in by the owners and is reached by a private road. During the winter, the house is heated.

Both the International Autodrome of Mugello and
the 'Poggio dei Medici' golf course are only a few kilometres away.
Florence (35 km) can be reached in 40 minutes by car, train or regional bus service.
Vicchio, the birthplace of Giotto and Beato Angelico, is only 5 km far from the house.
