Relax in our villa with private pool and large garden, 30 km from the sea (Gruissan, Narbonne beach and Saint-Pierre) in the vineyards of Minervois. Recently built, it is of olive trees, cypresses and fruit on a plot of 1500 m2. It includes a hall, a living room with fireplace lounge, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a pleasant and spacious bathroom, a small bathroom on the floor with shower and toilet. A Outside, a terrace facing south and equipped, barbecue, garden furniture and large umbrella featuring a rockery flowers to welcome you at meals. Not to mention, a vast lawn where you can relax, dive into the pool 8mx4mx1.5m heated by a bubble sheet (2830 ° on average). Get away on foot or bicycle on the many hiking trails around here. Visit the Chapelle Saint-Roch or the Gallo-Roman museum Amphoralis. Taste wines character Corbières and Minervois.
