Renovated in traditional Provencal style, this flat adjoins the main house, but has its own entrance, parking area and secluded garden, with sunloungers, picnic table and BBQ. Downstairs - Equipped electric kitchen, toilet & separate shower room, living area; TV, video, DVD, CD player and convertible couch. Upstairs - One double bedroom and a mezzanine which can sleep an additional two people. Windows look directly out onto vineyards and the sea is also to be seen in the background. Linen and towels provided. Possible shared use of pool. The flat is located about 2km from St. Cyr-sur-Mer, among various wine estates, most of which offer wine tasting (Bandol appellation). The closest beach is Les Lecques, which is about 4.km away. Les Lecques has both a sandy and pebble beach and a pleasure harbour. The surrounding countryside is very pretty, with perched medieval villages, fishing ports, dramatic coast line and mountains all within easy reach.

The property is well located for both a beach holiday and a more rural holiday experiencing the Provence way of life. The villages of La Cadière and Le Castellet are very close indeed and are two fine examples of Provencal medieval perched villages. We are surrounded by vineyards and so wine tasting is an interesting and very convenient activity. St Cyr has several beaches and the neighbouring villages of Bandol, Sanary, La Ciotat and Cassis also add to the choice of beach activities all within 15 minutes' drive. These villages are also active fishing ports and the harbours are lively places especially on a summer’s evening. Slightly further afield are the larger towns of Marseille to the west and Toulon to the East, both within 30 mins from St Cyr, either by motorway or by train form the village itself. For the more serious day-tripper, places such as Avignon, Arles, The Camargue, The Luberon, Aix-en-Provence, St. Tropez, Nice, Cannes and Monaco are all within reach.
