In a working vineyard, holiday home rated 4 star by prefectorial order combining old and new. New fittings and modern day comfort while retaining its Languedocienne character. The calm of the countryside and the proximity of shops: butchers, grocers, bakers, newsagents.. Go for walks or bike trips through the vines or climb to the Eolien Parc, relax on deckchairs or under the almond tree. Bathe during the hot summer days in our new pool. Enjoy the garden where the song of the cicadas blends with the colours and scents of the Mediterranean plants, thyme, santolina and lavender.Indulge in a barbecue of meat and fish. Liven up your meals with the aromatic herbs planted in front of the house for your use. Dine on the terrace under the 100 yr old branches of the vine and in the evening meet up in the cool stone interior of the house. One small piece of advice: park your car in the adjoining courtyard and shut the large gates with the remote control provided. We wish you a pleasant holiday

In high and mid season property is rented for a minimum of 7 nights beginning on Saturday. Available on day of arrival from 15.00 and must be vacated on day of departure before 11.00. In low season rental by the weekend minimum. At weekends property is available from 16.00 h Friday to 19.00 Sunday evening. For Easter weekend, Ascension, 1st May, Pentecost, feel free to contact us with any particular requirements.

  • Damage deposit : 250 €
  • Reservation deposit : 30% of the rental price.
  • Prices are given for a maximum number of people and for the whole of the property. You have the option of hiring sheets per bed or towels and household linen per person. We can also arrange for final cleaning. You should expect to pay a supplement for heating between October and April. An initial deposit of 25s due on booking and the rest on arrival. The damage deposit must be paid on arrival after an initial inventory, and will be returned within 7 days after the condition of the property has been checked.

  • On the 1st floor is a bathroom ideal for relaxing in. A round step leads you into a large corner bathtub. A large mirror is mounted over a washtand and as the light plays on its surface reflects the charming, pleasant and refined atmosphere of the room. On the ground floor, a shower room is a practical addition for coming back from the sea or out of the pool. It has a shower and washbasin. The washing machine is there. Each of these rooms has a WC.

  • Wake up in the quiet of bedrooms lit up by sunshine which will give you a taste of the unforgettable charm of holidays in the South of France. The 12m2 blue bedroom gives you a view of the garden from the 1st floor. It is equipped with a double bed and large wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors.The flower bedroom, with its window which opens onto the pool, is ideal for children with its twin single beds and chest of drawers. The bedroom on the courtyard side has an alcove fitted with 2 cupboards and a double bed. If you have some work to do a desk is there for your use.All bedrooms have very comfortable bedding: slatted bed bases, latex mattresses, pillows, bolsters. Covers and pillowcases are available for each bed and also a cot with mattress.

Notes: Outside you can take your meals on a 20m2 terrace. The pool is 10m by 4. It is shared with us as we would like to have the option of bathing also. Inside, as well as a cellar, 2 main rooms share the space. A large separate kitchen, fitted with electric hob, 4 rings, traditional oven, microwave,cooker hood, dishwasher and 2 door fridge, the upper being a freezer. Small electrical equipment consists of mixer, citrus press, kettle, cafétière, scrapers, grill, iron. hair dryer, hoover. You can also take your meals in the kitchen or the living room which has a 28in television is in the corner. The heating is electric and there is a chimney to warm winter evenings.
