Designer villa built in the neo-Provencal style. Very sunny. Large, shady patios on the east and south sides. On the west side there is a secured pool, heated by solar panels, with a deck and an overflow. The villa is surrounded by Mediterranean foliage. The barbeque and fridge make eating convenient in summer, as do the washroom with shower (hot and cold water) and WC. Cushioned sun loungers invite you to relax or nap. The interior is tastefully decorated and boasts a living room (60m2) which is bright and sunny all day long thanks to several large windows. The kitchen has all the mod-cons; you will find everything a large family could need. You will receive a warm and familial welcome. The Centre Commercial shopping centre and any other shops you may need are 5 minutes away. Come and have a great holiday!

Location: Meyreuil in France

This property is situated in a peaceful area, just 5 minutes from the popular tourist destination Aix en Provence. Excursions to the town are very enjoyable. There are numerous cultural shows to see, such as the prestigious Aix International Opera Festival, Avignon Festival and the piano festival in Rocque d%?9Aanthéron. To the south of Aix you will find beaches and Calanques de Cassis. Less than 1 hour to the east is the Cote d%?9Azur and 36 miles west lay the towns of Arles and Camargue. The pretty villages of the Luberon region are approx. 30 miles to the north, as well as the Haute Provence Alps, the land of lavender and earthenware. In less than 2 hours on the motorway you can be on the beach in St. Tropez, Saint Raphael or Nice, where you will also find the famous Promenade des Anglais. You can browse the abundance of crafts and bric-a-brac on offer at the Provence markets, rich in colours and aromas.
