With only a view on the garden, the swimming pool or far away the country, and fully exposed to the south, the villa possesses a great interior brightness. Of about 160m2 with two levels, it includes : a living-room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom and separate wc, 1 sauna. In the 2500m2 of garden full of trees and flowers, completely closed around the house and the swimming pool, you will discover a terrace with marble table, reception area, mosaic heated swimming pool of 11,50m x 5m with large steps and a security gate for children, garden furniture, barbecue grill, ambiance lighting for the evening

Tucked away at the foot of the Massif des Maures, Plan de la Tour enjoys an ideal geographical situation 9 kms from Sainte Maxime, 17 kms from St Tropez, 30 kms from the A7 Motorway Aix-Nice. The woodland of oaks, pines, olive trees, mimosas, chestnut trees grow along wide planes of wineyards. The tawny coloured granite of the Maures presents a magnificent view that gives Plan de la Tour its name of " the garden of the Saint Tropez Gulf ". The "Provençal Village houses "with their old tiled roofs, built around the church with typical bell tower, their alleys and their shady squares give an image of serenity and peacefulness. Shops, markets, traditional fairs, the evenings in the streets,the "boules" games... The village enjoys an excellent reputation for its animations that take place all year round.
