The charm of an Oriental riad in southern France, an oasis in perfect correspondence with a change of scenery and relaxation. The villa has 2 buildings, one two-storey house and one apartment. In an exotic environment, palm trees, banana trees, yuccas, Mediterranean plants and oaks will help you enjoy the shaded garden. The 8x5x4 swimming pool in form of L is secured by alarm, depth of 1m90. The terraces, patios and several living rooms as well as the barbecue that is located in the summer kitchen, will allow you to enjoy different environments during day and night. You will enjoy the terrace that is by the pool, where you can take your meals unless you prefer the one next to the summer kitchen or in the shade of the oaks in the garden. The property is entirely fenced and sheltered from view, located in a calm residential zone. The villa can be rented during low and mid-season without the apartment.
