New mountain cabin with view of Lake Sequoyah. Easy paved access and only a few minutes from downtown. Professionally decorated with a rustic flair, the spacious rooms lend themselves to small or large families.
The main level has a great room with a stacked stone fireplace (use store bought wax logs that you supply), TV viewing area with satelite TV, large dining area that is easily expandable as well as a smaller dining area in the large custom kitchen. The master suite has a King bed with a memory foam bed, a private bath with jetted tub, as well as a shower. There is also a half bath on the main level, an open deck with charcoal grill, picnic table and sitting area, and a covered front porch with rockers and a porch swing.
The upper level has two bedrooms (custom rustic king bed in one, and another custom rustic Queen bed in the other) there is a full bath in between. The lower level family room is huge and offers a card/game table, sleep sofa (Queen), another satellite dish TV with VCR and DVD, a small library of books, VHS and games, and a full bath (walk in shower). There is also a Queen blow up bed in the lower level if you need to sleep an overnight guest- The occupancy limit for this home is 6 NO Pets and No Smoking
