Fireplace and central heating, TV with satellite (CNN etc, fully equiped kitechen and large barbecue. Tasteful decoration. Sand beach, tobacco and newspapers, restaurants and bars, grocery, drugstore at 150m.Free electric bus for downtown at the street corner. Many places of interests: The highest sand dune in Europe at cycling distance, 3 beautiful golf greens at short distance. Sailing and fishing. Oysters, Bordeaux vineyards etc...
