This attractive and spacious apartment is part of a brand new complex situated near the picturesque harbour town of Almerimar. The apartment is fully air conditioned with television, DVD player and a very well equipped kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. It is furnished to a high standard with rustic Spanish furniture in every room. The complex has two large outdoor pools with jacuzzi, an indoor pool with gymnasium, a sauna and a steam room. It is 15 minutes walk to the beach and 25 minutes to the yachting marina which is a popular centre for water sports. There are a good selection of restaurants and tapas bars to be found dotted around the largest marina in the region. The complex overlooks a beautiful Golf course , and is a short drive to several others and to the 'Cabo de Gata' nature reserve. The mountains of '' Las Alpujarras '' are close by and the '' Sierra Nevada '' are two hours by car where you can ski during the winter months.

Almerimar is situated 46km west of Almería and 180 km east of Malaga. Lying to the west are the Sierra Nevada Mountains, great for winter skiing. In Almerimar the sun shines for more than 320 days a year. Its wide, sandy beaches and water sports make for an unforgettable holiday. With a 1000 berths Almerimar Harbour is the largest in southern Spain and has a lively mix of nationalities in its many tapas bars and restaurants. The region is also known for its many golf courses and there are miles of well kept promenades for those who enjoy walking or cycling. A day trip to Granada and the Alhambra is a must, as is a visit to Mini-Hollywood and the fantastic zoo. The Cabo De Gata is a great area of natural beauty and there are also Bronze age ruins nearby. Easyjet, BA, Ryanair, Flybe, Excel & Monarch all have flights into Almeria airpot. The apartment is only a 45 minute drive from the airport.

the appartment is very well equipped and is vey spacious.
The services received was perfect and very customer focused. Beach is on 20 minutes walking distance which is very long especially when it is rather warm! However, the swimming pools in the appartment complex are very good.
