2 minutes on foot from the beaches (Calarena, Cozze), where in summer, (invaded by tourists, holidaymakers, bathers)but even in the sunny days of autumn and spring (seasons recommended by lovers of peace, tranquility and above all good prices, the whole world likes to stretch out in the sun, to suntan and bathe. the house is completely furnished, pretty, kept very clean, provided with everything you need, air conditioning, heating: there is a small terrace where you can have an aperitif and breakfast outdoors:fitted with two shower rooms. and on request. two double beds, an ideal house for a family or two couples- a family who likes to relax and sightsee: very central, a small supermarket and bus stop on the doorstep, connections for Alberobello (Trulli), Bari (Saint Nicolas), Castellana (Grotte), San Giovanni Rotondo (Saint Pio); Cozze is situated on the expressway, which links the North and the South.

In High and Peak Season bookings are from Saturday to Saturday and for 2-3 weeks minimum (except for residual availability of one week); the rental is available from 16.30 in the afternoon and should be vacated on day of departure before 10.30 (unless otherwise agreed); bookings for 3 or more weeks are particularly appreciated. Deposit and security deposit required.

Notes: The house consists of a ground floor with living room, kitchen corner, shower room, and upper floors with bedrooms, shower room, terrace. The living room with sofa bed-TV-wooden table and chairs, drop leaf table for 6, leads to the outside where you can have an aperitif and breakfast outdoors: you have use of a fold up table and chairs, and you can even, from October to May, park your car: in summer you can easily park 20-30 metres maximum away from the house. As the ground floor has a sofa bed it can be used on its own by two people: very useful in winter if you want to economise on heating.
