Quiet setting air-conditioned, villa (3 levels) with a panoramic view, is situated in a quiet residential area, close to the wineyards (rosé wine) and golf course (18 holes) and 10mn drive from the sand beaches, overlooking unspoilt valley of the Maures Massif and lake (angling near the garden). It's fully equipped, with air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter. you have shadow because of a lot of kind of trees as eucalyptus, oak, mimosa, cypres etc....The ground floor bedroom (sleep 3) with it's own bath,is separated from the rest of the villa. This make the house very suitable to be shared with another family. Our private, individual, pool is well equiped with 'jacuzzi, jet-stream system', stone terrace, underwater lights, sunloungers. From March to November, it's maintained cleaned by our housekeeper. The area is very beautiful and there is lots to see and do. Ten minutes from the villa are the finest sandy beaches, boat service to islands, diving, restaurants, dancing, music..., and also old villages, abbey,..., St-Tropez, (the famous harbour),.... fort of Brégançon ( French President's summer house) Three airports 20' from Toulon-Hyères, 1Hour from Marseille, 1H30 from Nice. Each day there is a British Airways fly from London-Stanted to Toulon-Hyères Airport, where to rent a car and ten minutes driving to get to the villa.
