• To reserve the property a non refundable deposit of £100.00 per is required. The full balance for your booking is payable 6 weeks prior to your departure date.
  There is a further charge of 65 euros paid locally to cover laundry and cleaning costs this is payable before departure to the property manager.
  
• •The rental rate includes for our local representative to meet you at the property with keys and local information. A local 24 hour emergency number is available throughout your stay.
  •A refundable deposit of 100.00 pounds is to be paid with the final instalment and will be refunded within 7 days of your return date subject to your departure check of the property.
  •£100.00 of the total holiday cost is to be paid as a non refundable deposit and is payable at the time of reservation. with the balance due to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your departure date.
