150m far from Launay's beach, and 1KM far from the pier of Bréhat Island, in a quiet neighbourhood. The detached house and the garage are surrounded by a 1000m2 enclosed garden. There is a large dining/living room with fireplace, double sofa bed, TV, DVD, and CD player. The French windows open on a terrace with outdoor furniture (teak table and chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue. Animals are allowed.
