Very nice comfortable and spacious house, decorated with unpretentious taste in modern Alpine style. There are 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have a shower of their own, and one shower is to be shared by the remaining 2. The kitchen is great! It has just been refurbished and its surface area enlarged allowing you to cook as you wish , prepare good meals and share cheerful moments (the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large gas oven, microwave oven, stand mixer and blender, and various other utensils...) Important, there is also a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a place to put away cumbersome things (pieces of luggage, skis, bikes etc...) In the summertime you will benefit from the South orientation of the house and you will find shelter in the deckchairs in the shade of hundred- year old trees... In the wintertime, the fireplace in the very large living-room (28M2) and the raclette cheese electrical device will give your holiday in the mountains such a warm to

Location: Vizille in France

Chamrousse alpine and cross-country ski runs are 20 minutes away. The resort has a lot of ski-lifts where you hardly queue, It is a gorgeous quite sunny region covered with fir trees. The perfect resort for beginner and good skiers too (ESF ski school, and easy green runs). Les 2 Alpes and l%?9Alpe d%?9Huez are 3 quarters of an hour away (In l%?9Alpe d%?9Huez you will find vast sunny skiing areas, high altitude skiing and snow guarantied: what a treat!) Lots of summer outdoors pursuits. The lake of Laffrey is 10mn away (picnicking, walking, sailing, swimming...), route for cycling (up the mythical slope to the Alpe d%?9Huez for the most talented!), hiking in the mountains (Bellone, Chartreuse, Taillefer, Oisans ranges...), Bresson golf course (18 holes) and Uriage golf course (9 holes) 10 minutes away, Vizille castle and its magnificent park, the spa town of Uriage, Grenoble 15 minutes away with its shops, museums, sightseeing, outings : all the highlights of a big city.
