Rental rates for the apartment in the Algarve, Portugal

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates are for 4 people sharing the apartment which can accommodate 6 people. Each extra person will be an additional £40 p.p. per week. Check in time is at 2pm check out at 10.00am. Weekly rates include gas, electricity, water and weekly maid service with a change of linen and towels (if you would like a mid week change and maid service this can be arranged through us and paid directly) Beach towels not provided. Off peak we do special rates for less number of guests or for rentals of 3 weeks or more. A 25% non returnable deposit is required within 7 days of booking to secure your holiday, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100 is required against damages and return of Key this will be returned after a successful inspection.

Description of Apartment

Our modern 1st floor apartment is only 3 yrs old and is on a small complex which surrounds the swimming pool (open from April 1st to Oct) and tennis court. Use of the swimming pool is included in the price of the property but there is a small charge of approx 5 euros to play on the tennis court. There is also a pool bar and restaurant on the complex. The accommodation is as follows, on the 1st floor there is a modern fitted kitchen with granite worktops, Lounge / Dining room with an open fireplace and marble surround, bed settee, two arm chairs, and dining table, marble flooring and patio sliding door onto patio, with sea view and looks over Tennis court and Swimming pool. Master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, shelving and drawers. Fully fitted bathroom comprising bath/shower, vanity wash basin, WC and bidet. Open tread staircase to 2nd floor leading into Double bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, shelving and drawers. En suite shower room with WC and vanity wash basin.

Local attractions

The Algarve is known for having an abundance of beautiful golf courses one of which is Salgados only 10 minutes drive from the apartment. There are many attractions for children only a short drive away. These include a Water Splash, Zoomarine which has rides as well as animals and in the Algarve shopping Centre there is a Bowling Alley. You can walk to our local beach which has a restaurant or take a breathtaking walk along the coast line where you can find many coves and sandy beaches. Gale beach (only 5 min drive) has a long sandy beach. There are bars and restaurants all around the locality many of which you can walk to. The nearest town is Albufeira Old Town which is again 5 mins drive or 1/2 hour walk. There is a brand new marina with the most unusual architecture and fountains within walking distance of the apartment, where there are restaurants, bars and a few shops. If you do not want to rent a car, local transport and taxi’s are not expensive.
