Beautiful, second floor apartment in luxury complex, with stunning front views towards Dalt Vila/Ibiza Old town and Marina Botafoch, rear views to Talamanca Beach. Elegantly furnished and decorated - home from home. Large living/dining area with TV/DVD/CD/radio, leading onto large private terrace with outdoor seating and dining area. Large, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Nice entrance hall leading to kitchen, living/dining area and terrace at front of property, with most bedrooms facing the rear. Lovely marble bathrooms, one ensuite and one to share. Bedroom 1 also has private shower and wash basin/vanity unit. Separate toilet room in hall. Air conditioning and heating throughout. Towels and linen provided. Concierge in reception. The apartment is in a fantastic location - close to all amenities but in a quiet area at the end of the Marina. Whilst car hire is great to see the island, it is not critical as the apartment is a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and everything is close by. Just in front of the apartment is the cosmopolitan Marina Botafoch complex with upmarket shops and wonderful restaurants/cafes - car hire and travel agents are also located in this complex. Ibiza Town is a 15 minute walk from the apartment but from the Marina complex in high season, a regular boat service runs across the harbour to Ibiza Town all day until the early hours. Return boats run till 4am at the El Divino stop which is a 5 minute walk away. Boats to Formentera run from the Marina and from the central harbour in Ibiza Town. Behind the apartment is the lovely Talamanca Beach, sandy and with bars and restaurants. Just 5-10 min walk to the beautiful Pacha and El Divino nightclubs although no noise heard from apartment.

- 50% of total rental amount required to secure booking - this is non refundable. Remaining 50% payable a week before start of rental period.
- Additional 30% refundable deposit to be paid a week before start of rental period - this is for possible damages, noise disturbance - returned at end of rental period if no issues. This is not a holiday complex but a high quality block made up of privately owned apartments. As such, renters must be respectful to others and keep noise levels to a minimum. Deposits will not be returned if the owner receives complaints from neighbours or the agent.
