Exceptional situation, one of the very rare houses, on the Riviera, posed on the beach. Panoramic fairy-like sight 180°, vis-a-vis the sea. Southern South-eastern exposure. Absolute calm and serenity. View on the small marina at 200m and the fortified medieval village of Eze-Village, perched on the mountain and hanging over the sea. No road or rail road in front of you, you are on the beach. A beautifull moment in paradise. Many activitiy facilities : 40 Km hike, sail-board ,free kayak, deep-sea diving, tennis, sailing, water ski, underwater fishing (equipment provided), parasailing... Possible service delicatessen. Baby-sitting on request. SNCF railway station at 200m, bus at 50m.
