Villa on private road with large garden. Quiet location but close to all facilities: four mins walk to the village centre and the same time to the telecabine (ski lift) which runs throughout the winter season and through the summer holidays. The villa is south facing with mountain views. There is adequate parking in front and a 6 person Hot Tub, kept at 38°, on the 60m2 terrace to the rear. The property has three separate apartments, however some clients chose to take all three for a maximum party size of 18. It is possible for a large group to eat all together in Apt.1. Apt.1: 3 bedrooms, two baths, large terrace, sitting room and fully fitted kitchen. Apt.2: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, sitting room and fully fitted kitchen. Apt.3: studio with extra bedroom, large shower room and kitchenette. Please note that a car is not necessary if you wish to come and ski locally but is certainly recommended for summer visitors.

The sitting room has a sofa bed and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a complete bath room and a spacious shower room. The kitchen leads out on to a 60 m2 terrace with barbecue, table etc. The apartment is south facing with mountain views.

Skiing

The main St Gervais telecabin is 4 mins walk from the villa. This takes one up to Le Bettex where there are ski and boot rental shops and restaurants. Ski lockers can be hired for storage so that equipment does not have to be carried up each day. Nor is there the need to walk to the lift in ski boots. It is advisable to book your equipment in advance, call Claude Penz Sports on 0033 450 93 11 40 - mention Les Marguerites.
