Our villa is situated about fifteen mins drive from Megève and twenty mins from Chamonix. We are only a few mins walk from the ski lift and the same from the village centre. Les Marguerites is located on a private road just over the Pont du Diable - if driving through the village, bear right at the rounabout after the square, turn right over the bridge. Chemin des Tröenes is the driveway on the left. One can drive through the Mt Blanc Tunnel into Italy in forty-five mins. and over the Col de Montet to Martigny in Switzerland in just over the hour. In just five days we have skied seven different ski resorts in three different countries and after many years' residence are still finding new areas. The width of activities are enormous (see list elsewhere). However, St Gervais is not only for the very active: the village is extremely friendly, one can spend an afternoon at the Thermal Baths or take The Tramway of Mt Blanc up to the Eagle's Nest to marvellous views of the whole area.
