Luxury villa with character and a panoramic view. Near the village of Seillans and the famous four seasons resort with golf and spa, thought to be one of the most beautiful villages in France. 1.5 acres of park and landscaped garden planted with trees, enclosed by stone walls. 30 min from Cannes, 45 min from Nice airport, 10 min from Terre Blanches golf course and 30 min from Mougins golf course. 12x5m pool, 50m2 terrace with outdoor table and chairs and built in barbecue. Elegant and harmonious décor. All the floors in the villa are stone and the terrace, balconies and poolside are terracotta. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom of marble and stone. The kitchen has marble surfaces and teak furniture. Electronic appliances include a HiFi and Bose TV home cinema.
