The ?Bastide Bellevue? is a delightful self-catering bastide, with a swimming pool in a large garden and has beautiful views of the "Dentelles de Montmirail" and the "Mont Ventoux". It is located on the edge of the lovely village of Rasteau, a pretty village renowned for its excellent wines in the heart of the Rhone Valley vineyards. La Bastide benefits from its situation by offering a wonderful expansive view across to the stunning craggy limestone peaks of the Dentelles de Montmirail whilst being at only 500 metres from the village centre where you can find a bakery, grocery, pizzeria, café. The house is modern and neatly furnished, with colourful and light rooms, all of which boast views over the beautiful Provencal countryside. Adjoining the kitchen is a covered terrace for outdoor dining, with a further dining and sunbathing area to be found by the pool, which is set in a lawned garden. Location: Rasteau in France

The village is near the Roman cities of Vaison-la-Romaine (10km) and Orange (15km) where you have a wide choice of shops, restaurants, cultural events and historical places to visit. Rasteau is also near Avignon with his Pope palace, the mytic Mont Ventoux, the Ardèche gorges, the Pont du Gard, Nyons (the olive capital) I'Isle-sur-Sorgues. For wine lovers Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Cairanne vineyards. Nature lovers will find a wide variety of plants in the Mont Ventoux or in the Dentelles de Montmirail. A lot of activities in the area: local markets, bike, mountain bike, horse riding, golf (several golf courses nearby). Also a lot of cultural activities :museums, theatre, Avignon, Orange and Vaison glorious festivals.
