A beautiful and well maintained apartment with a large east facing terrace and dining area and a west facing sun terrace with sea views overlooking the lush gardens and pool area. It is a short walk from San Pedro beach which boasts the most beautiful sea promenade on the Costa del Sol. The area enjoys over 300 sunny days a year, which makes it ideal to take advantage of the many top class golf courses nearby. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped to cater for the holiday needs of groups of up to 6 people. The apartment is set on the fourth floor with views of the Mediterranean and has full lift facilities. The complex has a private pool, with separate children’s area, and exceptionally well maintained gardens. Underground parking is provided. Restaurants are plentiful with the nearest adjacent to the complex, while the pedestrianised centre of San Pedro, a traditional quaint Spanish village is just a couple of minutes walk away.
