As soon as your car is sheltered in the garage, you find the cosy nest with a comfortable house and a garden kept out from noise and view as it is protected by high walls. The living spaces are on the ground floor: perfectly equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, cook top with extractor and all household appliances) with dining area and warm comfortable living room with flat screen TV and TNT (foreign channels). From spring, the fact that it is south facing, allows you to have your meals outside around the barbecue and to relax in the deckchairs. When days become shorter, the fireplace in the living room warms and brings together family and friends.

House located 600m away from the beach, from the Thalassotherapy centre (swimming pool and restaurant), from the children's playground, the centre of canoe rental, sailing boats... All kinds of shops are in the pedestrian street 300m away but a super market is 2km away. Castle museum and its esplanade 200m away, As for the cinema that is located close to the Port de Plaisance and the Tourist information office 1km away, is accessible on foot by the pedestrian street. Hourly, daily or even weekly bicycle rentals, with electrical assistance if you wish. You can put it in the garage that is accessible by the street. Farther, Rouen is 60 km away, Tréport and Eu 30 km away, Etretat 80 km away, Fécamp 60 km away. By ferry, England is only 4 hours away. You can visit London or Brighton for an assured change of scenery, by taking your car or preferring the package boat and train.

  • Reservation deposit : 25% of the rental price.
  • Rates are indicated per week for 6 people maximum. At the end of your stay, you will have to pay the electricity and water consumption according to the use and the tourist tax according to the number of people that occupied the house. Rental of bed linen is possible and in this case your beds are done before your arrival. It is the same thing for toilet linen that can be already put in the bathroom. At booking, a 25 percent deposit is required with the "clévacances" contract that has to be signed. This deposit can be paid by cheque or by bank transfer at your convenience. A security deposit of 20 percent of the total amount is required at your arrival and refunded at your departure after the deduction of extra charges and possible damages.

A TV plug enables to use the TV of the living room. Bathroom and WC are on the same floor. On the second floor, you will find on your left an independent bedroom with 140x190 bed, pillows, bolster and duvet (2m x 2m), bedside tables with bedside lights, a rack and a big drawer chest. On your right, with beautiful view of the garden, the bedroom has 2 equipped twin beds, separated by a bedside table with bedside light, rack and big drawer chest. There is parquet floor on this floor.

Once the garden door is closed, you are miles away...You can leave your luggage, jackets, coats in the converted cloakroom. It is here also where you can use the iron and the iron board. High chair, armchair and cot are at your disposal according to your needs. Barbecue, wood for the fireplace, washing machine, cleaning products, etc...are in the adjoining storeroom. Once you are in the garden, a table and 6 chairs, a bench and deckchairs in exotic wood are waiting for you. An outdoor lighting enables you to have dinner outdoors and an umbrella protects you during breakfast. The garden is always full of flowers and will allow you to make bunches of flowers for the inside.
