Photos and Description of this St Apollinaire de Rias holiday house

For peaceful holidays, in a large restored and well equipped farmhouse, on a quiet field with a large swimming pool, 350 m away from the house. The ideal solution for holidays with your family or your friends since the house has two parts. Within each part: living room, kitchen, shower room, bedrooms and large terraces in front and in the back of the house. You will be together but separate. The house is for 6 adults maximum. Children have a meadow of 1 ha as playground and a small stream without danger that follows the field 200m away. The interior of the farmhouse is rustic with all the necessary comfort for a nice stay. The swimming pool is shared with the tenants of our 4 other houses and it is in theory opened from June to September, depending on the weather. The pets are permitted only by prior consultation with the renters.

Come to discover the natural park of Mounts of Ardèche with terraces, wild valleys, volcanoes and rivers with clear waters. Nature is everywhere, but there are also museums, monuments and castles, caves, a park safari, and the possibility to go for a ride, to play tennis, to fish, to do canoeing and even hooked branch within a 7 to 45 km radius! Also many sportive and festive events all year. The Rally Monte Carlo in January which often goes not far of Vernoux. At the beginning of June the Picodon celebration in the medieval village of Désaignes (15 km) and at the end of June the cyclist lesson "l'Archédoise". August, 15th dazzling illumination of the church of Vernoux and dinner in the streets. From mid-October to mid-November; period of the chestnut with a big celebration of the chestnut in Desaignes which is worth seeing. Climb Mount Gerbier de Jonc 1551 m (40km away) with your family and take advantage of the panoramic view. Tourist leaflets in your renting.

We rent the farmhouse by the week, from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am during the months of July and August and also during the short holidays. For the other seasons renting by the week-end minimum. In week-end, the renting is available from Friday 11am to Sunday 4pm. During the winter, the wood for the chimney and till, 175 L of fuel oil per week are included in the renting price.

  • The rental price is an inclusive price, except for the cleaning that you can do or you can ask in advance so that the cleaning is done for an additional charge of 100 Euros. Inform at your arrival. A first down payment of 50 percent is required at the booking as well as the security deposit and 50 per cent one month before your arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in the week after your stay. During the months of July and August, we will be unable to do the inventory and statement of state of repair and we rely upon your confidence about the exactness of the hours devoted to the cleaning. Despite all cares we take of your renting, may be something can escape to our attention, Please inform us in the 3 hours following your arrival.
