Beautiful villa (230 m2) and covered terrace (110 m2) leading to a pool (85m2), all set in a shaded park (2000 m2) with thatched parasol and pergola with bougainvillea and tropical fruit trees. Perfectly peaceful, bordered by 4 sand tracks, residential area where ?you can sleep or party without disturbing anyone else?, ideal for a family or group of friends. Prices reductions for larger groups or longer stays. Sleeps 4-10 people depending on the time of year, B and B possible. Prices start at 275 EUR/person/week depending on the time of year. Excellent food. Airport transfer, electric, gas and water may be included. Trips and outings with professional guides can be arranged in air-conditioned cars, minibus or 4x4 pick-up truck. On site we can organise dance evenings and African music around the pool. Please contact us regarding prices (info on B and B, trips and outings which are not on this website available on request). You will find nothing better in the private sector.

Booking is subject to the mutual tenancy agreement which fixes the dates, duration and arrival/departure times of your stay. Prices for low, medium and high season are listed on the table. Our civil liability insurance (AXA Sénégal) covers all accidents on the property. Our vehicle is covered by a third-party insurance policy. The duration of your stay is limited to the dates stipulated in the agreement. Trips and outings are not linked exclusively to the tenancy. Meals and breakfast can be provided if requested the day before. Bed linen and towels are provided. Small pets (less than 5kg/11lb) are welcome. We are available 24/24.

The security deposit is covered by a cheque which will be returned to you after the inventory. Our prices decrease for a second week (for B and B there is a 50 percent discount for children under 12 and children under 3 go free).
