The house is located on top of a small hill, which is within walking distance of the village. The location is very peaceful and it is in the heart of the rocky mountainous range of the Dentelles de Monmirail. The view from the house is spectacular, overlooking the Dentelles and the beautiful villages of Sablet and Seguret. The house offers exceptional comfort such as a very large livingdining room with a panoramic view, an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom and air-conditioning. There is a swimming-pool (dimensions are 5 x 10 meters) located in the centre of the garden bordered by olive-and pine trees.

The house is ideally located on top of a hill overlooking the village of Sablet. The view from there offers a spectacular panorama of Seguret and the Dentelles de Montmirail. Located within the wine-growing area of Côtes du Rhône, and within close proximity of Gigondas and Châteauneuf du Pâpe. Possibility for various outdoors activities (walking, mountain-biking) in the rocky mountainous range of the Dentelles which are close to the Mont Ventoux. Located in the region of famous cultural and musical festivals (Avignon, Orange and Vaison la Romaine).

Notes: The property is contained within a very large plot, which is fully enclosed and offers a great deal of privacy. The dimensions of the swimming pool are 5 x 10 meters. To provide a high degree of safety, the swimming pool is enclosed by a fence. The plot is very wooded: it includes five very large pine trees and in excess of 50 olive trees. The living room is very spacious. Thanks to the very large French windows, there is a 360° view of the surrounding outside environment.
