In a renovated savoyard farm, the warm and comfortable apartment is ideally situated, in a little hamlet of Sevrier, at 200 meter from the lac d'Annecy, and 5 km from the beautiful and famous old town of Annecy.Near the shops, near 2 beaches, near a long cycling road (easy and flat to go to Annecy with the bicycles), you can make all sports or activities you like in summer ( swimming, sailing, rowing, water skiing. You can also walk in the mountains around, take your VTT, or go paragliding. In the winter,the nearest ski stations are at 30 km: Semnoz, Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz.
