Services not included but can be negotiated at extra cost 1-Bath towels and towels provided on arrival, changed and ironed at extra cost 2-End of stay cleaning: up to 10 hours maximum. Additional hours and additional laundering at extra cost 3-Basic cleaning of common parts during the stay not included but compulsory three times a week. The staff is chosen by the owner, can be paid on site at the beginning of the week. Maintenance and costs included: 1-Triweekly pool, garden and terraces maintenance,included in the stated rates 2- Electricity, water and gas costs included in the rates up to a definite price (see with the owner), meter reading proof at beginning and end of stay.
