This attractive two bedroom ground floor apartment is situated in a multi-cultural residential area of Torrevieja and is within a short walk of local bars, restaurants, hypermarket, cinema and bowling arena. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, DVD and CD player, very comfortable lounge area and dining facilities for four people. A baby travel cot can be provided. Ceiling fans are fitted in all living rooms and air conditioning is available if necessary. Outside there is an attractively tiled garden & glassed patio area for meals or relaxation in the Spanish sun. Loungers and garden furniture is provided; the communal pool is only 2 minutes walk for swimming and sunbathing. There is a regular bus service from Jardin del Mar V into the thriving town centre and to all amenities including local beaches, grand marina, aqua park and Olympic standard swimming baths. Daily markets are held in and around Torrevieja and local golf courses can be reached by taxi or hire car.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A separate £50 security deposit will reserve chosen dates and is non-returnable in the event of late cancellation. The deposit also covers loss/damage to property during your stay and will be returned to you after your holiday if there are no serious problems reported. The full holiday cost is due one month prior to departure and this amount includes the use of linen and towels for those clients booked. The Apartment has a Warm Air Heating System/Air Conditioning Cooling System which is charged for separately if required at 30 euros per week payable to the local manager. As there are special conditions attached to the use of this equipment, please notify the owner in advance if you wish to use this facility. All living rooms have fitted ceiling fans for air cooling.
  • Cleaning/Key Security: 50 euros will need to be paid, on collection of keys, for cleaning at the end of your stay.
    The apartment is cleaned and supplied with fresh bed linen/towels prior to your arrival. Local key-holder/manager on site should help be required.
  • Collection from and return to the Airport can be arranged if required. Payment direct to the driver.

    All dates and conditions to be agreed with owner prior to acceptance of £50 security deposit. Once received deposit reserves chosen dates. For the convenience of customers once dates have been agreed, payments can be made through the owners website which has a Paypal facility accepting well known credit cards. Site address details will be provided at the time of booking if required.

Amenities: Close to the apartment families can visit the local Aqua Park, Beaches, Bowling Alley, Cinema, Town Centre and large Hypermarket 'CarreFore' for food and general shopping. The shopping complex ' Las Habaneras' is close by, as well as a large variety of bars and restaurants catering for an international cuisine. Energetic holiday-makers can visit one of four golf courses, enjoy water sports and seaside facilities, or just take a leisurely walk around one of the typically Spanish markets held regularly in and around Torrevieja. The area has many natural parks and two main salt lakes supplying industry for local people. When ready to harvest the lakes take on a pink (shrimp) hue, hence the high number of flamingoes to be seen in these areas. Wonderful for budding photographers!

Food and Drink: Some bars, restaurants and dining facilities are available close to the apartment and many more can be explored in the town centre itself. There is a large variety of food available to suit every taste and pocket. There are eateries galore if you wish to travel further afield and sample local flavour.

Travel and Transport: A pick up and return service to local Airports can be arranged in most instances for a local fee, but both airports have an excellent taxi facility for clients wishing to make their own arrangements. Some names and contact details of Flight and Car Hire companies can be provided if needed. Hiring a car to see other areas along the coast can be worthwhile for the more adventurous and this is relatively easy both from home or in Spain.
