Magnificent high standard villa by the sea at Portigliolo, in Coti-Chiavari ; in the center of a very quiet inlet far from the tourist; 5 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms; magnificent view of the Bay, pergola, barbecue on the terrace; separated levels, large garden (2000 [square meters/sqm]) well planted; private parking, boat anchorage available. Tenis 400 m away. Restaurant, boat buoy, Close to the diving centre, Boat rental. Nautical activity 200m from the house on the beach (for children and adults). Cleaning lady available. 35km from the airport of Ajaccio (40 min by car); the closest ferry is at the Ajaccio harbour, 45 km away from the house (50 min drive). Attention: Portigliolo is in Coti-Chiavari, in the Bay of Ajaccio, 200m from the beach, just before the Pointe de la Castagne... and not close to Propriano. Rafting ,horse-riding, and nice walks in the closeby mountain.
