The villa is located along a private road lined with trees that is accessed through a guarded gate. It has a spacious living room, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, a pinewood garden, parking spaces, etc.
Sleeping accommodation is for 6 8 with total comfort and plenty of space for a family holiday by the sea. This is the ideal place for tourists who prefer having a relaxing refuge they can return to after an excursion to a place of culture, rather than the busy chaos of a town.
Indoors:
The main door opens onto the living room which is furnished with a sofa and two easy chairs, a table for 6 8, a television set, and a fireplace, only the living room is airconditioned; the indipendant kitchen has full table-ware and cook-ware, oven, refrigerator freezer and washing machine, next to it is a small bathroom with basin and toilet.
An indoor staircase leads to the first floor where there are: a bathroom with two showers, one double bed room, one room with two single beds, another room with a bunkbed and finally a second double bed room, each room has a chest of drawers, the two double bed rooms each have a wardrobe. On the ground floor there is an extra room that can be turned into a bedroom if necessary (7th and 8th beds). The heating is provided by an electric system and a gas stove.
Outdoors:
The villa has its own entrance gate and parking space for two cars, there is a small front garden with flower beds and a back garden pine wood where one can prepare a barbeque or have a rest under the shade of the umbrella pines. This space is surrounded by a fence and reserved for the Renter?s exclusive use.
The sea is 300 metres away and can be reached through a pedestrian pathway leading to the free beach. The nearby fully equipped beaches charge a daily fee. One can also drive along the main road to get to the beaches. Shops and services such as Minimarket, butcher, bar, newsagent, general store and a small clothes shop are within easy walking distance...
