Sunrise family owned holiday villa. Just minutes from Disney and many more Orlando area theme parks. The villa will accommodate up to 8 guests, is fully equipped, fully furnished and air conditioned, plus games room with PS2 + games, Air hockey table and basket ball plus a selection of games and toys. The villa has its own private heated screened swimming pool and lanai, with unusually spacious clear grassy areas both between villas and particularly behind which adds privacy.

Sunrise Villa is located in the community of Westridge near Davenport. Westridge is a quiet upmarket community, with palm tree lined roads, white picket fences, extensive shrub and flower planting, with gently sloping landscaping. Holiday rental villas are dispersed amongst villas occupied by local home owners, which gives this community a real sense of a friendly American neighbourhood. Westridge has community facilities available, which include volley ball courts and children's play areas. There is very little road traffic in the community, and a Publix supermarket along with other convenience stores is just 1 mile away.

Our Villa accommodation comprises of a master bedroom with queen double bed, en-suite full bathroom, walk in closet, TV, DVD, VCR, Radio alarm clock. Guest bedroom with double bed, closet and radio alarm clock. Guest bedroom with two single beds and closet. Second full bathroom shared by guest rooms. The open plan living space has 2 sofas one of which has a double bed with sprung mattress. Cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD hi-fi, with a selection of DVD's and CD's . The dining area includes a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests. Free phone calls to US and UK landlines, free wireless internet access for your laptop computer. Games room with a PS2 + games, Air hockey table, basketball game and a selection of games and toys.Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Full size washing machine and drier.
