Typical house in provencal style with private pool and big garden (4000 m2). 5 Bedrooms with 3 extra large beds (180X200) and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each. 2 bathrooms in the main house with 2 separate toilets. Large living room with fireplace. The house has been completely renovated. Linen and towels are provided. Little pool house with shower and toilet. The house is perfect for 2 families. In the garden you can find a large play ground for 'boules', typical French play and children swings. Large wooden terrace with multiple sunchaires around the pool. Large barbecue. The swimming-pool is equiped with an alarm system.

Location: Auriol in France

The village of Auriol is located about 22 kms from Aix-en-Provence. The Airport Marseille Provence is about 40 minutes by car. TGV station in Aix or in Marseille. The house is about 2,5 kms from the center of the village at the beginning of Sainte Baume. In the village you will find baker, supermarket, banks and pharmacies. You will take about 15 Minutes to the beaches of Cassis, La Ciotat and St Cyr sur Mer (very nice specially for young children) For sight seeing: Cassis and its famous rocks which you can visit by boat, Marseille and its 2600 years old harbour, Avignon (1 h) and the pope palace, the very beautiful Aix-en-Provence and the middle age villag of Le Castellet.

  • Advance payment : 25% of the rental price.
  • Prices are always calculated for one week. In low season the house can be rented daily and a special price will be calculated for the day. When you want to confirm your reservation we will send you a contract which will be signed by both partners. At signature you will have to pay 25 percent of the amount. Cost for final cleaning including linen and bathroom towels: 120 Euro until 6 persons and 140 Euro for 6-10 persons. from October to April we charge 60 euros for the heating. A guarantied amount of 1500 Euros has to be left on your arrival in form of a cheque or in cash.
